A consultation is required before any work begins to assess feasibility and discuss your vision
A deposit may be required for certain projects before work commences
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary based on project complexity and workload
We will make reasonable efforts to match design mockups, but handcrafted work may have slight variations
You must inspect completed work upon pickup or delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to garments or wear and tear from normal use
Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless other arrangements have been agreed upon

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website or services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. The following activities are prohibited:
